Mr. Su has extensive experience in the medical industry, having held senior positions at well-known medical multinationals like Johnson & Johnson. He co-founded Techlink Medical, a surgical product company, and successfully led it to become a prominent player in the industry. Since 2013, he has been the managing partner of Shenzhen Shared Investment Medical Fund and has overseen the investment in over ten medical projects, often as the earliest institutional investor. Under his leadership, several well-known medical companies, including Beijing Panshengzi (GTH), Guangzhou Maipu (301033. SZ), Beijing Tiankeya, and Beijing Houkai, have become industry leaders in their respective niches.
 
In 2018, Mr. Su and Ms. Lu established Redhill Capital, which focuses on early-stage investments in the healthcare sector.
 
Mr. Su is the Vice Chairman of the Medical Industry Alliance, Johnson & Johnson J-Lab Medical Incubator, Medical Entrepreneurship Camp and Medical Industry Mentor of Business School.

In 2019, he was selected as the "young leader" of China's equity investment in the annual person selection of 2019 master fund weekly;

The star project "Beijing fanshengzi" won the top 10 best investment case in the field of biomedicine in 2016;

The star project "Guangzhou Maipu regeneration" won the investment case of medical devices in China in 2016
